MBO Partners names new CEO

July 17, 2019

MBO Partners, a Herndon, Virginia-headquartered firm that provides independent workforce solutions to companies and independent workers, named Miles Everson as its new CEO effective immediately. Everson takes over the role from company founder Gene Zaino, who will remain with MBO as executive chairman.

“I could not find a more accomplished, qualified and trusted person to take on this role and bring our company to new levels,” Zaino said.

Everson has more than three decades of experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Most recently, he served as US vice chairman and global advisory and consulting leader. He was also the executive sponsor behind the PwC Talent Exchange, an initiative to allow PwC Advisory more effective access to independent professional talent and allow for an enhanced delivery model for the advisory business.

“From the moment I met Gene and the MBO team, I knew this was a special and rare opportunity,” Everson said. “MBO understands the unique needs of both independent professionals and the enterprises that engage them.”
