The three leading IT staffing firms that use H1B visa's in the U.S. are from India. Out of the 85,000 H1B visa's allowed in 2016, this group of three Indian companies used 63,442 which accounts for about 75% of the allotment. Underpaying employees is problem for our citizens. The problem once we shut down H-1B, companies are already starting to outsource IT to foreign countries.
