As boomers retire, companies must adjust — Staffing quote of the week

“The battle for workers, so to speak, is pretty tight. … And so I think with companies that are forward-thinking and want to be transformational are really looking at how do they differentiate themselves and how do they create environments that people want to be a part of,” Shane Zutz, VP of human resources at electronics firm Digi-Key, told Minnesota Public Radio in a report on what businesses are doing to recruit and keep workers as the baby boomer generation retires.
