Japan – CRG Holdings revenue rises but profits down

Japan-based temporary staffing business CRG Holdings reported revenue today for the nine months ended 30 June 2019 of 16.62 billion (USD 156.2 million), up 7.1% when compared to the same period last year.

The company is principally engaged in the temporary staffing introduction related business. The company operates three kinds of business: temporary staffing introduction business includes worker dispatch business and paid employment introduction business; the outsourcing manufacturing business; and the ‘other business’ which provides services to improve productivity in client business activities.

Looking ahead the company forecasted revenue of JPY 22.97 million (USD 0.2 million) for the year ended September 2019.

In trading today CRG Holdings Co shares closed at JPY 629.00 (USD 5.91), up 2.11% on the day and 5.71% above its 52-week low of JPY 595.00 (USD 5.59), set on 3 Jun 2019. Based on its current share price the company has a market value of JPY 3.36 billion (USD 31.59 million).
