Austria – Trenkwalder announces sweeping leadership changes

Trenkwalder, the Austrian staffing firm, has announced that as part of its strategic development, the supervisory board of Trenkwalder International AG has decided to restructure responsibilities within the executive board.

Karoly Pataki will leave the Trenkwalder International AG at the end of his current term as CEO on 31 December 2016. The supervisory board appointed Martin Jäger as spokesman of the executive board.

With immediate effect, Martin Jäger, Chief Sales Officer of the Trenkwalder Group, will take charge of the CEE (Central and Eastern Europe) regions in addition to his current responsibilities as board member. Michael Krottmayer, Trenkwalder’s CFO, will be in charge of the countries in southeastern Europe.

Furthermore, Dr. Georg Obermeier and Dietmar J. Langer have stepped down from their positions as members of the supervisory board of Trenkwalder International AG.

Ernest-W. Droege (Co-Head of Operations, Droege Group) was elected as new chairman of the supervisory board. Jörg Kieborz (Head of Legal, Droege Group) has also joined the committee. Dietmar J. Langer will become the chair of the supervisory board of the Austrian Trenkwalder Personaldienste GmbH. Droege Group, an independent consultancy and investment company, acquired Trenwalder in August 2011.

Trenkwalder has presence in 17 European countries and is the market leader in Austria and Hungary.
