Stephen Clancy possesses over 25 years of experience in the HR and Business Process Outsourcing(BPO) services marketplace as a market research analyst, marketing consultant, industry speaker, and writer and developer of BPO solution partnerships. Before joining Staffing Industry Analysts, he held executive roles at SourceRight Solutions, the workforce solutions division of SFN Group. As a vice president at SourceRight Solutions, Clancy developed and sold business process outsourcing solutions (RPO &MSP) to Fortune 1000 companies. He developed multimillion dollar outsourcing engagements with leading industry organizations such as Verizon, Grainger, Citrix and Kodak. These workforce solutions delivered multi-faceted enhancements for these organizations over three- to five-year contract periods.Before joining SourceRight, Clancy was a member of Gartner’s Worldwide IT Services Group. Clancy holds a BS in finance from the University of Massachusetts, North Dartmouth, and a Black Belt and master certificate in Six Sigma from the University of Villanova. He is a past member of the Southeastern Massachusetts University Board of Trustees.


Fiona Coombe, CCWP

Fiona Coombe is Director of Legal and Regulatory Research and joined Staffing Industry Analysts’ London office in July 2014. She is responsible for Staffing Law Updates, regular reports on the latest legal developments of significance for staffing firms and buyers across The Americas, EMEA and APAC, as well as a number of other legal-based research initiatives. Coombe qualified as a lawyer in the UK in 1987 and worked in private practice for 11 years before joining the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC), the main industry body that represents the staffing industry in the UK, in 1998. For 10 years, Coombe managed the legal services provided to 13,000 staffing company members comprising a helpline, online guide, training workshops and seminars, developing model terms and conditions and policies, as well as the production of a bi-monthly publication and regular e-communications. For the 4 years prior to joining SIA she provided compliance training and legal consultancy services for staffing businesses in IT, healthcare, hospitality and industrial sectors on MSP and supplier contracts and the legal implications of supplying temporary labor and independent contractor.


Kevin Dennis

Kevin Dennis has been a member of the MOT Board of Trustees since 1998 and has also served as member of the Dance Council and MOTVA board. A life-long student of opera, Dennis is passionate about MOT's mission in both opera and dance. He has been an ardent supporter of the dance program at the Detroit Opera House since its inception. Additionally, he is a Governing Member of the DSO, member of the DIA Founder's Society, and supporter of Public Broadcasting and the New York Metropolitan Opera.

With degrees in mathematics and computer science & electrical engineering, Dennis has worked in information technology (IT) consulting his entire career. Most of this work has been in high-level consulting: IT strategy, architecture, and design, in the roles of IT Architect, Director, Service Delivery Executive, and Chief Technology Officer. In "semi-retirement," he currently is engaged with S3, headquartered in Detroit, as a Principal Consultant in IT strategy, and in the design, implementation, and oversight of managed service operations.

Frank Enriquez is the Senior Manager of Contingent Workforce Strategies Knowledge & Research for Staffing Industry Analysts. His experience includes more than 14 years of staffing experience specific to MSP, VMS & RPO. Before joining Staffing Industry Analysts he held positions as Director of Compliance, Director of Optimization, Regional Program Manager, and Program Manager while at Beeline and Pontoon over the course of his 8.5 year career there. Before joining Pontoon & Beeline, Enriquez worked for Matrix Resources as the Program Director of MSP and also worked at Spherion as a Data Analyst and Project Manager for both RPO and MSP services. Enriquez holds a B.S. Degree from Tarleton State University. His expertise within workforce management, strategies, compliance, supplier management and optimization provide a unique perspective. Enriquez utilizes his experience and expertise to provide guidance and advisory services globally to CWS Council members.


Jason Ezratty, CCWP

Ezratty has enjoyed nearly a decade of cross-functional experience designing and implementing contingent workforce management technology and service solutions.

Drawing from metric-driven methodologies such as Six Sigma, Ezratty heads up Brightfield’s quantitative and process analysis practice. Such quantitative approaches bring the rigor and believability required to convince senior executives to champion the change necessary to transform their company’s contingent workforce management practices.


Sarah Koshiol, CCWP

For 12+ years Koshiol has displayed hands-on leadership skills in key roles ranging from designing, implementing, optimizing and managing global contingent workforce programs to leading a MSP Client Services organization which guided clients across various industry verticals. Koshiol's expertise includes designing contingent workforce management models, workforce strategies and solutions across all non-employee workforce categories. More recently, Koshiol created and delivers the SOW Quality Management Framework and Measurement module for the CCWP SOW certification program. Prior to her career in the Contingent Workforce industry, she spent 4 years in the IT Outsourcing industry as a Systems Analyst. Koshiol has a BS in Business Computer Information Systems and a MA in Management.


Kristen McArdle, CCWP

Prior to joining Brightfield, Kristen McArdle spent over ten years implementing, designing and managing MSP and VMS contingent workforce programs. She also led a Quality and Best Practices department which focused on the design and deployment of best-in-class contingent workforce solutions. In this role, she consulted with both existing and potential clients to evaluate their current solutions and provide recommendations for optimization. During her tenure within the industry, she has established formal program methodologies and metrics to ensure internal teams delivered quality solutions on time, on task, and on budget. Her areas of expertise include program maturity, performance and optimization, program governance, supply chain strategy and workforce mix optimization.

Dawn McCartney is the Vice President of Contingent Workforce Strategies (CWS) Council at SIA, leading and overseeing the CWS Council and SIA’s Certification & Training, including the Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP & SOW) accreditation program, and CW Workshops. Responsible for identifying, developing and implementing cutting-edge research and strategies for the end users of contingent labor, McCartney, who joined SIA in 2012, has been an integral part of the SIA team with ongoing contributions to the rapid development of the CWS Council and in her role advising CWS Council members—amounting to more than $100 billion in contingent spend—in managing their extended workforce programs.

Peter Reagan is Senior Director of Contingent Workforce Strategies & Research for SIA with primary responsibility for managing and developing the EMEA and APAC regions, and involvement in providing key expertise and support in the Americas. With more than 29 years of experience in the staffing sector, Reagan has held a number of senior managerial and executive positions within some of the world’s leading staffing organizations, and across the full spectrum of contingent staffing services from traditional temporary supply through to Managed Service Provision (MSP), Statement-of-Work (SOW), Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Vendor Management Systems (VMS).

Reagan joined SIA in 2015, focusing on CWS Council growth, CCWP/SOW programming, SIA conferences and the extension of SIA research and content. Having spearheaded more than 1,000 workforce-related projects, Reagan's unique understanding of both the buying process and the drivers that govern supplier behavior continue to add significant value to the work he does with SIA Council members globally, helping to optimize the way work gets done, advancing thought leadership and elevating the ecosystem.
