Stephen Clancy possesses over 25 years of experience in the HR and Business Process Outsourcing(BPO) services marketplace as a market research analyst, marketing consultant, industry speaker, and writer and developer of BPO solution partnerships. Before joining Staffing Industry Analysts, he held executive roles at SourceRight Solutions, the workforce solutions division of SFN Group. As a vice president at SourceRight Solutions, Clancy developed and sold business process outsourcing solutions (RPO &MSP) to Fortune 1000 companies. He developed multimillion dollar outsourcing engagements with leading industry organizations such as Verizon, Grainger, Citrix and Kodak. These workforce solutions delivered multi-faceted enhancements for these organizations over three- to five-year contract periods.Before joining SourceRight, Clancy was a member of Gartner’s Worldwide IT Services Group. Clancy holds a BS in finance from the University of Massachusetts, North Dartmouth, and a Black Belt and master certificate in Six Sigma from the University of Villanova. He is a past member of the Southeastern Massachusetts University Board of Trustees.

Fiona Coombe, CCWP

Fiona Coombe is Director of Legal and Regulatory Research and joined Staffing Industry Analysts’ London office in July 2014. She is responsible for Staffing Law Updates, regular reports on the latest legal developments of significance for staffing firms and buyers across The Americas, EMEA and APAC, as well as a number of other legal-based research initiatives. Coombe qualified as a lawyer in the UK in 1987 and worked in private practice for 11 years before joining the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC), the main industry body that represents the staffing industry in the UK, in 1998. For 10 years, Coombe managed the legal services provided to 13,000 staffing company members comprising a helpline, online guide, training workshops and seminars, developing model terms and conditions and policies, as well as the production of a bi-monthly publication and regular e-communications. For the 4 years prior to joining SIA she provided compliance training and legal consultancy services for staffing businesses in IT, healthcare, hospitality and industrial sectors on MSP and supplier contracts and the legal implications of supplying temporary labor and independent contractor.

April Donaldson, CCWP

April Donaldson has more than 20 years of experience in the staffing industry and serves as the Executive Vice President of Strategic Staffing Solutions’ (S3). As an S3 EVP, Donaldson is part of the executive strategy team and also oversees the S3 second-largest division of managed service provider (MSP) practice which manages more than $150 million in contracts.  Donaldson is an industry expert and thought leader in current issues and trends impacting the staffing industry. She's a charter partner and certified subject matter expert for Staffing Industry Analysts’ (SIA) nationally accredited Certified Contingent Workforce Professionals (CCWP) program. Donaldson also lead the development and management of S3's military program, which launched in 2013 in the S3 San Antonio office and is nationally recognized today.

In Detroit, Donaldson is the executive point for S3 with several charitable activities and serves on the boards of directors for The Heat and Warmth Fund, the Girl Scouts of Southeast Michigan, and The Parade Company, which produces America’s Thanksgiving Parade in Detroit.

Frank Enriquez is the Senior Manager of Contingent Workforce Strategies Knowledge & Research for Staffing Industry Analysts. His experience includes more than 14 years of staffing experience specific to MSP, VMS & RPO. Before joining Staffing Industry Analysts he held positions as Director of Compliance, Director of Optimization, Regional Program Manager, and Program Manager while at Beeline and Pontoon over the course of his 8.5 year career there. Before joining Pontoon & Beeline, Enriquez worked for Matrix Resources as the Program Director of MSP and also worked at Spherion as a Data Analyst and Project Manager for both RPO and MSP services. Enriquez holds a B.S. Degree from Tarleton State University. His expertise within workforce management, strategies, compliance, supplier management and optimization provide a unique perspective. Enriquez utilizes his experience and expertise to provide guidance and advisory services globally to CWS Council members.

Kate Goss, CCWP

With over 22 years of experience in contingent workforce management and staffing, Kate Goss–Managing Director of PrideOne, Pride Global’s Managed Services division—is responsible for senior level management of the PrideOne brand. She is a trusted advisor to clients who seek IT and non-IT contingent labor vendor management solutions, payroll and passthrough programs, and master vendor programs. Goss works on a global scale with a team based in the United States and in India to ensure PrideOne’s programs are optimized to meet the strategic needs of its client’s Contingent Workforce program. As she’s worked with PrideOne for over eight years, she officially became CCWP certified in the summer of 2018.

Dawn McCartney is the Vice President of Contingent Workforce Strategies (CWS) Council at SIA, leading and overseeing the CWS Council and SIA’s Certification & Training, including the Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP & SOW) accreditation program, and CW Workshops. Responsible for identifying, developing and implementing cutting-edge research and strategies for the end users of contingent labor, McCartney, who joined SIA in 2012, has been an integral part of the SIA team with ongoing contributions to the rapid development of the CWS Council and in her role advising CWS Council members—amounting to more than $100 billion in contingent spend—in managing their extended workforce programs.

Jeff Nelson, CCWP

Jeff Nelson has more than 12 years of management experience in the staffing industry, and an expertise in building new Shared Service Centers (SSC) in emerging markets in Eastern Europe and Latin America. Today, he is responsible for the international division of Strategic Staffing Solutions, which has offices in five (5) locations and provides services to more than a dozen countries in Europe, and three (3) in Latin America. Nelson has led and overseen more than a dozen (12) build-outs of SSC – including turn-key "build-operate-transfer" (BOT) programs – for global Fortune 1000 companies; and has written and spoken on SSCs for international industry organizations. He was in the first class of Staffing Industry Analysts' Certified Contingent Workforce Professionals (CCWP), and has been a class CCWP facilitator around the U.S. and in the UK. He is Chairman of the American Lithuanian Business Council, and the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Lithuania in Virginia. Nelson earned a BS in International Relations from the University of California Los Angeles, and an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.

He is a sought-after speaker, an advocate for the extended workforce industry, and a recognized expert on flexible staffing strategies, including workforce management programs, MSP models, VMS technology, variable and full-time labor, pricing options, RFx processes, and supplier negotiation strategies.

Previously, Bryan served as senior vice president of contingent workforce strategies at Staffing Industry Analysts. During his more than ten years with SIA, Bryan and his team crafted the Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP) program—now taught on three continents and widely credited with fundamentally changing the industry. Bryan has also served as senior global commodity manager of professional services at Avery Dennison, as well as acting director of strategic sourcing and professional services at Vivendi Universal Entertainment (now NBC Universal) North America.

Bryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California at San Diego.

Adam Pode, CCWP

Adam Pode joined Staffing Industry Analysts in June 2009 with overall responsibility for research in EMEA and APAC. Since then he has produced a large number of studies from snapshots of various countries’ staffing sectors, to in-depth reviews of the law concerning independent contractors, economic models and forecasts. He has also advised companies from around the globe.

Pode has spent his entire career in the research field; in the British House of Commons, running his own research firm, teaching research methods at a college in Pennsylvania, heading the business intelligence unit of a large listed UK firm and working as an associate partner in a private equity practice.

He was also a member of the Territorial Army for 18 years. Pode has a B.A. from the School of Oriental and African Studies, and various postgraduate qualifications.

Peter Reagan is Senior Director of Contingent Workforce Strategies & Research for SIA with primary responsibility for managing and developing the EMEA and APAC regions, and involvement in providing key expertise and support in the Americas. With more than 29 years of experience in the staffing sector, Reagan has held a number of senior managerial and executive positions within some of the world’s leading staffing organizations, and across the full spectrum of contingent staffing services from traditional temporary supply through to Managed Service Provision (MSP), Statement-of-Work (SOW), Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Vendor Management Systems (VMS).

Reagan joined SIA in 2015, focusing on CWS Council growth, CCWP/SOW programming, SIA conferences and the extension of SIA research and content. Having spearheaded more than 1,000 workforce-related projects, Reagan's unique understanding of both the buying process and the drivers that govern supplier behavior continue to add significant value to the work he does with SIA Council members globally, helping to optimize the way work gets done, advancing thought leadership and elevating the ecosystem.

Kathrin Reis, CCWP

Kathrin Reis possesses nearly ten years of experience in the CW marketplace, specialized in contractual and legal topics. Before joining the MSP and RPO world, Reis worked as a Recruitment Consultant with Hays. Reis holds a B.Sc. and a M.Sc. in Organizational Psychology from the Università Cattolica in Milan, Italy and various legal and procurement certifications.

Graeme Robertson, CCWP

As of 2018, Graeme Robertson has worked in talent acquisition and contingent labor for sixteen years. Eight on the supply side and eight on the buy side. During that time he has implemented RPO, MSP, ATS, VMS into ten countries in Europe and fourteen in Asia. He has implemented and refined objective measurement processes in the selection, contracting and ongoing management of vendors: both small and large.

An advocate of using data in a succinct, easy to understand manner; Robertson strives to find ways to ensure the message relayed to executives is immediate, credible and compelling.

Robertson has lived in London, Tokyo, Prague and Geneva so has on the ground experience in both Europe and Asia. He currently lives in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

Robertson joined Brightfield in 2017 and is part of the European consulting team.

James Rowbotham, CCWP

James Rowbotham is a Senior Program Manager for PrideOne—Pride Global’s Managed Services division—where he is responsible for the operations, delivery, and client management of the brand’s payroll programs. After working with the company for over four years, he currently leads a team of US and offshore based associates who provide world-class customer service to clients, contingent workers, and various staffing suppliers. Rowbotham focuses on positioning PrideOne as a true partner to its clients to help them achieve the goals of their contingent labor programs. He utilizes his experience from his CCWP certification to work with and enhance the brand’s stakeholder program operations, ultimately improving quality, lowering costs, and mitigating risk. Rowbotham is an advocate for creating solid internal processes that allow clients to fully leverage their supply chain.
