TMP Worldwide acquires programmatic recruitment platform Perengo

TMP Worldwide, a New York-based recruitment advertising agency, announced it acquired Perengo, a San Francisco-based firm that provides a programmatic recruitment platform.

“Both our technology as well as our team will be integrated into the TMP organization and we’ll work together on our shared vision for the talent acquisition market,” according to a post by Perengo.

The company will continue to serve existing clients and be available as part of TMP’s platform.

Perengo’s product aims to automate job distribution and campaign management, analyze recruitment efforts and use machine learning to optimize job advertising campaigns. The company was founded in 2015.

“The acquisition of Perengo further advances our commitment to provide our clients with the most robust and efficient recruitment technology in the industry,” said Michelle Abbey, president and CEO of TMP Worldwide.
