People: Workforce Logiq, LandrumHR, Curate Partners, Lyft, Paychex, Upwork, CareerBuilder, Scout Exchange and more

Workforce Logiq hired Andrea Sugden as chief global sales officer. Sugden most recently was executive VP, US sales and national accounts, for Adecco Staffing.

LandrumHR promoted Mandy Sacco to president of Workforce Solutions, Jim Howe to VP of Workforce Solutions, and Chris Fountain to director of Workforce Management operations. Workforce Solutions is a division of Pensacola, Florida-based LandrumHR that provides executive search, staffing and workforce management. Workforce Management is a division catering to companies that need 50 or more full-time contingent workers in task-repetitive industries such as manufacturing, assembly, distribution and call centers.

Curate Partners named Nate Kamp as managing partner of the mid-Atlantic Region. Kamp brings 13 years of talent management experience to the Boston-based company; he has worked together with Curate Partners’ founders in the past to build business in the Washington area for a previous firm.

Lyft Inc. (NASDAQ: LYFT) appointed Lisa Blackwood-Kapral as chief accounting officer. The San Francisco-based human cloud, ride-sharing firm reported Blackwood-Kapral is assuming responsibility as the principal accounting officer from Brian Roberts, who will continue as CFO and principal financial officer. Prior to joining Lyft, Blackwood-Kapral was VP and chief accounting officer at Shutterfly Inc.

Paychex Inc.’s (NASDAQ: PAYX) board voted to name Robert Schrader as VP and controller, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. Schrader most recently served as senior director, financial planning and analysis, at Paychex since August 2017; he first joined the company in December 2014. Schrader succeeds Jennifer Vossler, who was appointed to the position of VP and assistant treasurer.

Upwork Inc. (NASDAW: UPWK) named Leela Srinivasan to its board.

Job board CareerBuilder appointed Chet Kwasniak as CFO. Kwasniak most recently served as CFO at MW Industries, the second-largest manufacturer of springs and specialty fasteners in North America.

Recruiting marketplace platform Scout Exchange announced Adriana Bokel Herde and Rosemary Sheehan joined its board of advisors. Bokel Herde is chief people officer and senior VP of Pegasystems. Sheehan is chief human resources officer at Partners Healthcare Inc.

Law firm Seyfarth Shaw LLP named Kori Carew as chief inclusion and diversity officer. Carew formerly served as director of strategic diversity for Shook, Hardy and Bacon LLP.

Law firm Kane Russell Coleman Logan added employment law attorney Douglas Bracken to its employment law section in Dallas.
