September 06, 2019

A former Randstad technology staffing executive sued the company in federal court in Philadelphia claiming race, disability and age discrimination, The Philadelphia Inquirer reported today. Sixty-four year old Byron Brooks of Hockessin, Delaware, said he landed Vanguard Group as a customer and received sales awards but he said he was ultimately let go by the company. Randstad denied the allegations in a statement. “Randstad denies the allegations contained in the complaint and will defend its interests during the legal proceeding. The company does not have further comment on this active litigation,” according to the statement by Randstad.
