Graphic Designer

Staffing Industry Analysts is a research and advisory firm dedicated to the workforce solutions ecosystem. We bring our work to the market in a variety of ways, including through conferences, webinars, social, digital and print media. We do the majority of our work in-house, which gives us tremendous ability to be close to the products we’re creating designs for. Responsibilities

  • Work on projects within different mediums to support the design of many SIA products. You will produce a variety of online and print marketing pieces.
  • Use existing design templates as well as create new designs following the SIA style.
  • Work collaboratively with different team members to produce designs including online banners, digital campaigns, direct mail pieces, marketing materials and signage.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in graphic design working in an office/corporate setting, may include internships
  • BA in Graphic Design or equivalentStrong organizational skills with ability to be consistent with file management and style sheets across layout production
  • Ability to work within brand guidelines while recognizing opportunities to innovate
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks accurately
  • Must be able to prioritize work appropriately and to work under pressure with competing deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of typography, layout, design production best practices and file preparation for both print and digital formats.
  • Proficient with Adobe CC programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Dreamweaver, Acrobat)
  • Proficient with HTML and CSS
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word)
  • Understand Mac OSX
  • Effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong self-discipline and time management skills
  • Creative and good eye for layout
  • Digital/online portfolio of recent design work
  • Positive attitude!
