Maxim Kupfer is a Research Analyst at Staffing Industry Analysts. His coverage areas include industry compensation, survey research and data analysis. In addition, he works on the development of data tools for analyzing industry trends.

Maxim comes from a financial background and worked in banking prior to joining SIA. He graduated from Chapman University with degrees in Economics and Computer Science, and passed the CFA Level III exam.
